This site was developed with an IBM-compatible computer, using Macromedia Dreamweaver, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop and GIF Construction Set Professional. Updates and management utilize Microsoft Front Page 2003.  All images used here were specifically created for this website. All photos were taken by Coast Guard or Coast Guard Auxiliary personnel except as noted; photographer credit is given where appropriate. This website is best viewed at a resolution of 1024 × 768, but is easily viewable at a resolution of 800 × 600. This site has been tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
